If a bonus is defined to the account due to any complaint, a maximum of 2 times the deposited bonus amount will be withdrawn and the account will be reset. Winnings above 2x the deposited bonus amount will be paid a maximum of 2x. The minimum withdrawal amount will be 50 USD.
